At Woven, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
